The Deceptively Wicked Heart

The conscience of man is deceitful above all things.

Unsearchable by others, corrupt, abominably wicked.

A naked tree, a sorry shrub, the product of barren ground.


And we dance to the music of pitiless indifference 

If we have an impoverished worldview

That fails to embrace all of reality’s nuances

It means that

In the end

All we can do is


So we dance

To the music of pitiless indifference…

He whispers in ears

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
