Crank up the Sermon Jams

Faithful readers of this blog probably know that I workout five times a week. What many may not know however, is that, instead of rock or hip hop that are probably more common, I often listen to praise and worship music while I am running or at the gym.

Anyway, my blogging friend, Jim from Domain for Truth said he listens to Sermon Jams while he works out so this afternoon I am going to give that a try.

  1. I always listen to praise and worship music to rev me up while doing daily chores. I love being able to praise the Lord and be productive at the same time. It’s awesome!
