Part of our mission statement as Christians is to go and tell the world about Jesus and His saving grace. There are many ways we can do it. It should start within our own families, but we shouldn’t be afraid to tell others too.

Some folks are really good at going out and knocking on doors; some find it easy to talk to their co-workers; others can act as examples, by being good friends and listeners. I have trouble talking face to face, in spite all my years of performing.  The “easy” way for me is to write it down.

However we do it, the words should always be based on God’s Word and His love for us. Without a Savior, we would be doomed to eternity in hell. With Jesus, we have peace in knowing that the cost of our salvation has already been paid.

Our world is in a downward spiral. It’s time for a spiritual revolution. Let’s share the good news, plant the seeds and let the Holy Spirit do what He does best – change hearts and give them peace.  With this mission in mind, God can change the world.

  1. Sometimes the best way to teach is to simply be different from the world. Be someone who listens, who shows genuine compassion, who is present, and who is kind even to their enemies—and imitator of Christ more than a copy of the world.

    • Amen to that. I believe that people notice something different about us. Many want to know what we have that makes things better. It’s our job to listen, to be there for them, encourage them and imitate Christ. Thanks for your comment.
