Easily modifiable workout that requires little or no equipment

This is the workout we did at the gym this morning and, I have to admit, it was brutal.  So, if you are looking for something that will blast almost every muscle in your body, give it a go as is.

But if you want something a little easier, this routine can be easily modified so people at almost everry fiyness level can do it.

Too many reps?  Do as many as you can. As Tony Horton says in P90X, “Do your best and forget the rest.”

At home without equipment?  Use a gallon of water, canned food, or nothing at all instead of dumbells or kettlebells.  The important thing is, you have to do something.

And, while you’re sweating, remember this.

“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.”

-Timothy 4:8
