Father, we rejoice in knowing that the day is coming when a great multitude in heaven will rejoice and say :
“Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.”
“Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!” And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, “Amen! Alleluia!”
Then a voice came from the throne, saying, “Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!”
And the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying,
“Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns! Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.”
Father, we thank You, for to Your Bride was righteously “granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.”
It is written: “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”
And I (John) fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Father, we thank You, for He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. And His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns.
He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.
And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.
Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron.
He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
Lord God Almighty, we thank You that Satan and his army are defeated, and an angle who stood in the sun cried out in a loud voice saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven:
““Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.”
Father, You do not take pleasure at the death of the wicked, but Your righteous judgment came against the beast, and the false prophet who worked signs in his (the beast’s) presence,
by which he (Satan) deceived those who received the mark of the beast, and who worshiped his (the beast’s) image were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone,
by Him (Jesus) who sat on the horse and His army. And the rest were defeated and killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him (Jesus) who sat on the horse, and all the birds were filled with their (the enemies’ of God and His Christ) flesh.
And Father, we say glory to Your Name, for by Your mighty power, an “angel came down from heaven having the key to the bottomless pit and laid of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him (Satan) for a thousand years;”
“and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him so that he could not deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished, but after these things he (Satan) must be released for a little while.”
And Father, we thank You, for those “souls who were beheaded for their witness to Jesus, an for the Word of God, and they neither worshiped the beast or his image,
and had not received the mark of the beast on their hands, and they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.”
“But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years are finished, for this is the first resurrection.”
“Father, we thank You, for “Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection, for over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.”
Now when the thousand years are over, “Satan will be released from prison and will go out to deceive the nations who are in the four corners of the earth (God and Magog), and gather them together whose number us as the sand of the sea.”
And Satan with Gog and Magog “surrounded the camp if the saints and the beloved city, and fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured,
and the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.”
And behold, “a great white throne and Him (God) who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and there was found no place for them, and dead both small and great were standing before God, and the books were opened.”
“And another Book was opened which was the ‘Book of Life’, and the dead were judged according to their works by the things which were written in the Book.”
Then “the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one according to his works,”
“then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire, for this is the second death , and so was anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.”
God help us all … Selah!
