1. You are God’s child.
“…for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith.”
2. You are Jesus’ friend.
“No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.”
3. You are a whole new person with a whole new life.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

4. You are a place where God’s Spirit lives.
“Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own…”

5. You are God’s work of art.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
6. You are totally and completely forgiven.

7. You are created in God’s likeness.
“…and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.”
8. You are spiritually alive.
“Even when we were dead in our trespasses, [God] made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved…”
9. You are a citizen of Heaven.
“But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ…”
10. You are God’s messenger to the world.
“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
11. You are God’s disciple-maker.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…”
12. You are the salt of the earth.
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.”
13. You are the light of the world.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
14. You are greatly loved.
“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
15. You are adopted into God’s famiy.
“He predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will…”
